1. 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day the contract is concluded.

2. Digital content and digital services

Because Fili School provides digital content and digital services, access may begin immediately after purchase. Where the law allows, your right of withdrawal expires if:

• you expressly agree that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period ends; and

• you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or performance begins; and

• we provide the required confirmation of the contract and your consent/acknowledgement.

4. How to withdraw before access starts

If the right of withdrawal has not expired, you may withdraw by sending a clear statement to [email protected]. Please include your account email, order date, and subscription or invoice reference if available.

5. Effects of withdrawal

If withdrawal is valid, payments received will be refunded without undue delay and usually via the original payment method, unless another method is agreed. If you requested immediate performance and withdrawal is still legally possible, you may have to pay for services already provided proportionally, where permitted by law.
